Policy
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable, but it is 100% transferable.
Important Notice for Cancellations & Changes
You must provide at least 72 hours’ notice before your scheduled service to be eligible for any refunds or balance transfers.
Transferring Your Deposit
Your deposit can be applied to any service offered by Mount Shasta Retreats, and it never expires.
Refunds (for Full Payments)
If you paid the full amount at the time of booking, the remaining 50% (beyond the non-refundable deposit) can be refunded to your original payment method or applied to a future booking.
