Two of the most sacred places on this Earth are Mount Shasta in the United States and Mount Arunachala in India. Both mountains offer a powerful reflection of the deepest Truth in our hearts.
My partner, Alex McIntyre, just spent a month on retreat at the base of Holy Arunachala.
On her last day there, she and I recorded a meditation linking the energies of these Mount Shasta and Mount Arunachala. We both experienced a profound transmission while recording this meditation.
